BGR is seeking several experienced management positions for a variety of piling and foundation schemes due to start in the next few months. Working as part of the management team, reporting to the Managing Director, or the Piling Contracts Manager.

The Piling Contracts Manager, reporting to the Managing Director, will have the responsibility for project planning and preparation and on-site delivery in accordance with the contract. The Piling Contracts Manager will be responsible for the construction phase of contract commitments to ensure profitability and the timely execution of the work.

The Piling Training Supervisor/Rig Operator, reporting to the Piling Contracts Manager, will have the responsibility for all plant and related training activities.

 

 

The Piling Project Manager, reporting to the Piling Contracts Manager, will have the responsibility for all site activities.

 

 

 

The Piling Superintendent directs construction activities at the project site in accordance with pre-established schedules, budgets, plans, specifications, and procedures. Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to, planning work, determining techniques to be used, and supervising, training, appraising, and apportioning work among crew personnel. All work to be performed in a safe and professional manner.

The role of the Piling Rig Operator is to drive columns into the ground during construction projects. This involves operating and maintaining the machinery and being conscious of risks and safety.
